Location was good and staff were friendly
The hotel was noisy, people constantly in corridors making a loud racket until 3am in the morning. You cpuld hear through the walls of the room, parquet flooring does not help. The hotel must have very thin walls. I will not stay here again.

The location was excellent, handy for shops and concert venues. The room was very comfortable and the accommodation was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Maybe some double glazing would have helped - there was a fair amount of street noise even though we were on the fifth floor. Perhaps the fact that Rangers were playing at home added to the interesting noises at 3 am. When we checked out it would have been nice to have been asked if we had enjoyed our stay, but then again it was a very busy morning.

the location was great, right next door to the bus station.
The cockroach in the bathroom was a wee bit unsettling

I enjoyed how close to the city centre I was.
I was really quite disappointed about hotel,I felt at best this was a three star hotel, friends who booked the hotel for the same nite, got the room for less and their room was far superior, maybe the iron burn marks in the carpet, broken lights or maybe the leakin shower may just be me being choosy but when you are spending good money u want quality!!!!

The location is very central. Good sized bathroom - almost as big as the bedroom.
The room for a four star hotel was OK but nothing special. It was on the small side and I didn't like the lack of carpet in the bedroom. Old television with poor sellection of channels. The central location can be very noisy, particularly at the weekend when street noise is likely until the early hours. I would not recommend. When I stayed, there was no hot water in the evening.although this was fixed by the morning.

I've stayed at this hotel before so knew what standard to expect.
Unfortunately they had not linked my profile to this booking. I don't know if this would have influenced the choice of room I was given.
